Private Offices and multi-room Suites are located in the Palms’ Fantasy Tower on floors 9– 17. All companies exhibiting in an office are responsible for the Exhibition Fee ($3,500).

Meeting tables are located in Standard offices in Palms’ Fantasy Tower.

Three (3) meeting tables will be assigned per office.

The Meeting Table package includes: 1 table, 4 chairs, access to a divider and to electricity, and 2 Exhibitor Badges.

No separate Exhibition Fee is charged for Meeting Tables. One table per company.

Meeting Table Exhibition Agreement

National and regional organizations (government and/or industry supported) can exhibit at AFM under the Umbrella Program. An organization’s exhibition space can be shared by all participants (Exporters, Buyers, Producers, Film Commissions, Facilities, etc.) from the country, region or association represented by the organization.

Organization Benefits & Responsibilities

• The organization is responsible for the Exhibition Fee ($3,500), cost of the exhibition space, and submission of the associated forms and fees
• The organization receives three Exhibitor Badges used by employees of the organization
• Each company or individual participating under the Umbrella Program will be responsible for its own fees and forms for registration, badges, hotel reservations, parking permit orders and screening requests

The fee for each company participating on the Umbrella is $495, which includes one AFM credential and inclusion in all print and digital Exhibitor listings, or $695 to also include access to The AFM Sessions.

Independent Film & Television Alliance^® (IFTA) offers two levels of Membership – Voting and Affiliate – for independent finance, production, sales and distribution companies in the business of licensing, or representing the licensing of rights for export of Theatrical Motion Pictures and/or Television Programming. IFTA Member Companies receive, in addition to year-round services, a number of benefits at AFM.

IFTA Voting Members with an AFM Exhibit Office Receive:

• Six (6) Exhibitor Badges vs three (3) for non-Members
• Option to convert two (2) Exhibitor Badges into Visitor Badges at no cost
• Option to convert one Exhibitor Badge to a Buyer Badge
