2008 AFM Exhibitor Office Registration Forms

The deadline to request exhibitor office space was Friday, 13 June. Companies that submit the Office Request & Exhibition Agreement Form after this date will be placed on a wait list.

Important: The AFM Screening facilities are only available to companies that have submitted an office request form by Friday, 13 June. Companies that request office space after 13 June will not be eligible to screen at the AFM.
